Free trial

Anyone can use PDFShack for up to three (3) documents without an account or payment. We strongly encourage you to confirm the tools meet your needs during the trial.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, email support@pdfshack.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund. No forms, no friction. This guarantee applies to your initial purchase only — subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

Renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are non-refundable once posted, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.

How to cancel

1. Log in and go to your Account page.
2. Click the subscription's manage link, which sends you to PayPal.
3. From PayPal, choose "Cancel" on the PDFShack subscription. (You can also manage it directly from your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments.)

You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free trial state.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it for up to a week and email you. If we can't collect, your subscription will be marked unpaid and access is paused until you update your payment method.

Disputes

If something went wrong, please write to us first — we'll usually resolve it within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being closed.
